Required skills:
- Ability to perform HVAC load calculations, calculation of ductwork and cooling requirements
- Ability to layout equipment rooms with proper clearances and access
- Knowledge of HAVC standard will be an advantage
- Ability to develop layouts of complex assemblies, mechanisms, and structures. Checks for clarity, completeness, conformity to standards, procedures, specifications and accuracy of calculations and dimensioning
Responsibilities:
- Work independently in technical drawings, detailing and designing with minimal supervision
- Manage the work within the deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in special tasks and perform other duties as and when needed
