Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling 10-20 persons
- Responsible for work distribution to the respective teams
- Train team members based on individual performance
- Generate team reports regarding productivity and inter-departmental activity
- Manage work within deadlines and prepare team reports
- Communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as and when needed
- Report to the Senior Manager
