| Qualification | : | BE/ME in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil/Architectural discipline |
| Total Experience | : | 7-8 years |
| Specific Experience | : | 3-4 years |
| Language | : | Excellent communication skills in English |
| Software Knowledge | : | Knowledge of AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge of software like MDT, ProE, IDEAS, Solid Works, Solid Edge and ADT will be an advantage |
| Salary | : | 3,60,000 Annual Package/Cost to Company |

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall department administration and operations
- Responsible for handling 30-50 persons in different divisions of CADD
- Responsible for daily workflow management and consistent reporting functions
- Impart training, conduct workshops and seminars and provide support and guidance to the technical team
- Policy making, planning and development of the department, and generating MIS report
- Obtain regular feedback from clients
- Participate in special task and perform other duties as and when needed
