| Software Knowledge | : | Expertise in CADD (Mechanical drafting). Deep knowledge of Pro-E, Ideas, Solid works, Solid Edge, Inventor and MDT will be an advantage |
| Salary | : | 2,40,000 Annual Package/Cost to Company |
Required skills:

- Ability to provide technical inputs to team
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling 15-25 persons in different divisions of CADD
- Monitor and coordinate the functioning of the team
- Conduct training sessions to team leads and other staff (Junior and Trainees) as and when needed
- Coordinate with Senior Manager to develop team by conducting regular training, and monthly employee assessments
- Follow up with the different divisions for work status and dispatch
- Responsible for dispatch and delivery of work within the timeframe.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally
- Build successful client relations by identifying and fulfilling team needs
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as and when needed
- Report to the Senior Manager
