- Provide technical input to team members
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling 10-20 persons
- Responsible for work distribution to the respective team
- Train team members based on individual performance
- Generate team reports regarding productivity and inter-departmental activity
- Manage work within the deadlines and prepare team reports
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned as and when needed
- Report to Senior Manager
