PCB Design

• PCB (Printed Circuit Board)
• Single sided, Double sided and Multilayer PCB up to 22 layers.
• PCB materials " Getek, Polymide, Arlon 45n, Arlon 85n, fr4" etc.
• For Multilayer PCB thickness is total of core & Preprag thickness.(for ex: 0.062" +/- 0.005").
• In PCB the most important function is drilling, in drilling function 2 types of holes going to drilled, the one is PTH (plating through hole & another is NPTH (non plating through hole).
• For core voltage we can give separate layer in which only that supply can pass it is called plane otherwise we can give high thickness trace (bus) also.
• We can take best care of " Impedance controlled board" like 50 ohm, 75 ohm etc. for proper calculation of impedance we are taking following care:

  2. By calculation taking proper tracewidth & trace length.
